Justin McNeal

Justin is a man who has overcome great odds in his life. Whether it was finding recovery from substance use or mental health and having a criminal past, he has lived it. Once on the other side of these challenges, Justin realized he must spend the rest of his life giving back to others in similar situations. Hoping that maybe others wouldn't have to suffer as much as he did.

Due to this purpose, Justin worked his way from a volunteer in the field up to an Executive Director position with no previous college experience. His organization Begin Anew continues to bring groundbreaking work to the State of MN for those who are justice impacted. Through action and passion, he and his staff believe they can make an impact in the lives of many.
